Round 1: March 15th & 16th Northeast Offroad Championship Series 1st event at Ormond Farms in Millville NJ was a SUCCESS. A huge THANK YOU goes to Lois & Gene for allowing us to use their property so generously, The Racing Control Unit, NJ Pineland Commissions & the City of Millville for working with us and making sure everything was as safe as it could be for our riders. We couldn't have asked for any better racing weather then what we had. 2 day great turn out for riders and spectators. Excellent, well thought and laid out new trail. Lots of good food for the hungry masses. Easter Egg hunt on Saturday evening for the youngins' accompanied by the NEOC Easter duck. Spectacular Bonfire Saturday night. Great company & lots of bench racing. Extremely expert and cool pictures of everyone by TimD Photo Imaging. Unique customized T-shirts. Raffles, vendors row, great spectating & pitting area. Smooth Sign-ups (we encourage pre-race registration, much faster) We had 8 races take off by the wave of the green flag & every event went off right on time. An awesome battle in just about every class. The Dynamic Duo, Lady Theresa & her side kick Jay, were spot on with the scoring and results. Mark Ricker was the winner of the Amp'd Mobile Pitbike. Absolutely beautiful gear, contingencies & tires from all of our generous sponsors. MOOSE RACING, OFFROAD CYCLES, RIZZON CYCLE, FAIRWAY CYCLE, RACERS EDGE, RIDERS CHOICE, CYCLE PRO RACING, TOWN & COUNTRY, KTM, B & B of BRIDGETON, BOUNCE AROUND of SO. JERSEY & TimD Photo Imaging. All the PeeWees got something to take home. All day saturday was a romper-room fest for the youngins' in the giant blow up super slide (and a relief to the parents). $500 Holeshot award to be given at year end by Racers Edge. Lots of great Competition & Sportsmanship by all level of racers. We had a stacked AA Class showing their stuff to everyone. Congrats to #356 Ryan Rodgers for taking the first ever NEOC Main Event Overall and taking the time to draw the winning number for the pitbike. #208 Rick Rizzon took the 1st Overall for the NEOC C-Split. AA Youth #300 Kyle "the Bomber" McDonal dropped a bomb on everyone and took the 1st ever Youth Overall & #51 Gary Enman from Team Caffeine took the 1st PW Overall and the very first checkered flag of the Northeast Offroad Championship Series. We are Honored by all your names to be our first Harescramble Overalls ever for the NEOC. Now, we are very excited to talk about our new Pitbike Championship. We were not sure on what to expect from this new adventure but now we know it will only get bigger and better because these guys are serious & mean business but the whole time are having a blast out there dicing it up with their buddies. There is a class for everyone. We had 6 Pro Pitbike racers show up on the front lines.  #9 Chris Curtis of the 12 Pointer Pro class took the first ever Pitbike Overall. Very good stuff guys. The Youth Pitbike Overall was taken by #167 "Git up n Go" Mike Mcgee. You youngins' are just something else. Never do you cease to amaze us. That was some fun stuff.

We want to thank all of the dedicated people that have been working so hard for this first race to happen. Without all the team work and diligence from everyone there is no way that our first event could ever have happened as perfectly as it did. We are looking forward to the rest of this year and the future of this series. The Nor'easter has officially blown into town!

For those that didn't get a chance to come ride the storm or never heard about us,well, I hope to see you at the next one on April 26th & 27th at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds.
