1. Q: What do you do to mentally prepare for an upcoming race? A: I make sure my bike is ready and that helps me to prepare mentally. I thnk about the track I will race on so I know how to set up my bike. If you are prepared then you won’t be rushed and that helps you mentally for a race. 2. Q: Do you do any type of training in between races or season? A: If I am trying I do. Like normally I would ride a couple times a week and exercise like bicycling and stuff. Over the years I have done a lot of that but lately I just ride at the race pretty much. 3. Q: Are you serious about any other sports during the off season? A: Hunting, take my vacations and do the things you can’t do during the racing season. 4. Q: Are you superstitious about anything when it comes to racing? A: No not really. 5.
