1. Q: What do you do to mentally prepare for an upcoming race? A: I think about what track and type of terrain I will be racing on and I start drinking plenty of fluids like on Thursday to hydrate my body. 2. Q: Do you do any type of training in between races or season? A: Yes. I eat healthy, exercise, do weight and cardio training to get my endurance up. By physically training it helps me to prepare my mind for racing. Both are connected for me. 3. Q: Are you serious about any other sports during the off season?
