**We will be doing fund raisers and awareness drives on a bigger scale this season. We are going to donate to and bring in the communities our events are held in. Here are a few that are planned already. We are very proud to say we will be taking part in the Wounded Warrier project. Rd 2 Camp Pecometh will be our first event with the wounded warriers. Rd 3 Ormond Farms will be Fire & Child Safety awareness so we will have fire trucks, safety vehicles, smokey the bear and many more great interactive things for the kids at this event to learn and have fun with. Rd 4 Monster Buck will be our Food drive that we will donate all non perishable foods that you bring to the event to their local food bank. This will help to feed Lawrence Township/Cedarvilles community that is in need. If everyone brings just one can of food, think how much food we can give to those that have none. For our last 2 events in October we will promote Cancer Awareness since october is dedicated to that cause. We will be making and selling special NEOC Cancer shirts (we think you will love the one of a kind designs). Think PINK for these 2 events...We will post more informations about our charities of choice and details as we near each event. **TRIPLE CROWN THIS YEAR!! Rounds 2, 6 & 9 are the events of choice for the triple crown this year. Good Luck! These chosen events will cover all the types of terrain you need to be one of the best and win the triple crown.

*Reminder: Get your 2011 Applications in ASAP if you want to ensure you have your NEOC Number for the season. After 1/31/11 it becomes "first come first serve" status. Theresa said they are pouring in and numbers are stacking up in the "waiting for availability" pile. You only have yourself to blame if you lose your number.

First: We are offering a NEOC Seasonal Registration Pass. If you sign up and pay for the season BEFORE the first event of the year you will only be charge for 9 events. Buy 10 get 1 free. This does not include gate, Competition card or transponder fees. This is for your race fees only. It will simplify your sign up process to a fraction of what it was. Here is how it will work:

   1. You MUST pay in full before first event of the season.  2. You MUST sign and notarize your release form (adult and/or minor)   3. You may pay by check (make out to the NEOC): Mail to NEOC c/o Theresa Morshead 102 Lodge Ct  Millington MD 21651-1500 WITH your sign and NOTARIZED release forms-THESE ARE SEASONAL WAIVER FORMS ONLY, 2011 NEOC number & class info or you can pay through paypal but you MUST still send in your signed and NOTARIZED release forms-THESE ARE SEASONAL WAIVER FORMS ONLY, 2011 NEOC number & class information to NEOC c/o Theresa Morshead 102 Lodge Ct  Millington MD 21651-1500 before first event.   4. There will be NO REFUNDS (unless a LEGIT doctors note due to serious injury is produced; there will be a 15% processing fee for refund)   5. You will only need to sign the mandatory rider waiver form when you check in at your seperate registration area near pre-registration. A 2 minute process.  5. Costs; Adult 10 races=400.00 360.00, Youth 10 races=300.00 270.00, Peewee 10 races=250.00 225.00, Pitbike 10 races=200.00 180.00  (this would be a great gift idea for graduations, birthdays, confirmations, etc.) *NOTE: Seasonal Waivers are ONLY for those that sign up and pay for entire year BEFORE first event.

Second: Our "Trading Post" was a success at the banquet so we will continue do do it at our events. This will work on the Honor System. Take something-Give something. It does not have to be of the same value or brand new. One mans trash is another mans treasure! Gear, parts, accessories, boots, etc., are all welcome to the trading post. In todays economy we are trying to find ways to help with the cost of this sport and keep things where everyone can still afford to make the races, little things like this will help ease the pain. Clean out your sheds, closets and garage of the things you don't use anymore or the kids have out grown that are clogging up your living space. You will be surprised at what you find that someone else might be in need of or looking for.
