REMEMBER: If you already have a transponder from previous year then you DO NOT have to buy another one. Also, you may have the same number if you reserve it by 1/31/09, otherwise it becomes open to first come first serve. Both sides must be filled out properly so please read over carefully. If you are a minor (under 18) then YOU MUST have your application notarized AND signed by Parent and/or gaurdian to count for year end points.
